Billy Cain, {William McCain} formerly known in the hip-hop community as Confucian, was born in Brooklyn, New York. He lived in the Fort Green neighborhood of Brooklyn during his early years, and at the age of 11, his family moved to uptown Manhattan. Currently, he resides with his mother and siblings in Harlem, New York City, where he has lived for the past 15 years. Billy Cain has performed in various clubs in Atlanta, GA, Durham, NC, Baltimore, MD, Washington D.C., Allentown and The Poconos, PA, Lawrence, MA, and New York City, NY.
